North Carolina and California Communities Highlight Recent FFAH Acquisitions

The latest Transaction Update Newsletter is out from The Foundation for Affordable Housing’s Transactions Team, and their steady pace of acquiring units has not slowed.

Highlighted by 130-unit Poplar Grove in Charlotte, North Carolina, and 14-unit Canoga Park Apartments, in Winnetka, California, FFAH has continued their mission of providing affordable, safe, and comfortable housing to as many families and seniors as possible.

These multi-family properties will be reconditioned to improve their environmental impact, ADA features, safety, and comfort.  The beneficiaries of these acquisitions will be everyone who lives in the area, but especially the families who will rent the affordable apartments.
