• Surveillance camera installation in several key areas
• Parking lot improvements – repairs and seal coat
• New tot lot has been installed
• Unit interior upgrades were completed
• Re-surfaced the pool and replaced the pool furniture/bbg grills
• Several common area enhancements were completed (community center, gym, etc.)
• Updated the furniture and accessories in the leasing office area
