Congratulations to Melissa Vincent on her 10-year anniversary with the Foundation!
Since her hiring, Melissa has embraced every challenge that has been presented to her. Starting on our Transactions team, Melissa has transformed from a reliable employee to an irreplaceable leader in the company and industry. In February 2021, Melissa was named Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Foundation’s daily operations and personnel, as well as our transactions and welfare exemption departments. Melissa is a compassionate manager who is a joy to work with. The care she shows for her peers and employees is admirable and the Foundation is forever grateful for Melissa Vincent and her amazing leadership.
