The children at Orange Garden Apartments in Poway, CA have significantly benefited from the kind donations from Cake4Kids. Cake4Kids generously donated two dozen home baked treats to help celebrate the children’s birthdays. The kids were thrilled and absolutely loved the Earth Day themed cupcakes. Embrace is excited about our new partnership with Cake4Kids, and the kids are looking forward to our next birthday celebration.
Cake4Kids is a volunteer driven nonprofit. Volunteers bake and deliver birthday treats to all sorts of under-privileged children and youth – they might be in group homes, at a domestic violence or human trafficking agency/shelter, in low income housing with or without a parent, or even homeless. The home baked treats aim to raise children’s’ self-esteem and confidence with a seemingly simple gift.
