Laguna Beach, CA – Foundation For Affordable Housing (FFAH), a California 501(c)(3) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Coventry Heights a 76 unit senior community located in Westminster, CA. At closing the property was 100% occupied. A capital improvement program is underway including new hallway paint, flooring, community room upgrades, system upgrades, exterior amenities for residents and new exterior paint. These improvements will help to extend the life of the property and improve the experience for the residents. “We look forward to our continued relationship with Steadfast Management and the resident services team Embrace as we secure another 76 families with affordable housing in Orange County” says President Darrin Willard.
