As we wrote about late last year, The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) was having a record year of acquiring new homes for families and seniors. Well, the final numbers are in, and we are beyond excited to report that the transactions team has completed the biggest year of acquisitions in our 30 year history, acquiring over 7400 new homes (units).
FFAH has been helping to build and manage affordable housing communities for decades, accounting for thousands of homes throughout the U.S. In 2023, their mission to provide more affordable housing units than ever before reached record-setting heights. This is great news for families and seniors who need affordable, safe, and comfortable housing throughout the U.S.
