In what is a huge win for those who need affordable housing, The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) sent out a newsletter to stakeholders earlier this month detailing the more than 10,000 new homes that were added in 2024. This is, by a wide margin, the biggest year of acquisitions FFAH’s 30+ year history, and brings the total homes in FFAH’s communities to 38,335!
This is good news for families and seniors who need affordable, safe, and comfortable housing throughout the U.S.
