At the end of last year, we wrote about the historic year that The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) had in 2023, acquiring thousands of new homes that will be made available to families and seniors at affordable rates.
Well, in 2024 FFAH shows no sign of slowing down as the Transactions Team has already acquired six new properties, with several more in the pipeline. These acquisitions will will bring hundreds of new properties to the families that need them most.
